Stacy Pratt is a culture and talent consultant focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion and leadership development. Stacy’s background is distinct, over 25 years of combined experience in Facilitation and Training with Fortune 100 and 500 companies, a reputable non-profit organization, and the local government. Stacy is a Certified Human Resource Professional (SHRM-CP). She received her MA in Management from St. Mary's University of Minnesota, holds a BA in Sociology with an emphasis on Law, Criminology, and Deviance from The University of Minnesota, and has a specialized certificate in Human Resource Management from Inver Heights Community College. Stacy is an ardent supporter of social justice, talent development, and advancement. She volunteers as an executive board member and a mentor within the community.
